BeOmDSGN is a designer clothing studio founded by a passionate woman with a vision to create a brand that offers “something different” to show. BeOm allows its clients to be unique, be themselves and be different despite any modern trends. Over time, BeOm expanded, launching a men’s collection and opening a larger physical store in the heart of the city. However, despite its growing offline presence, BeOm’s online sales were limited to its Instagram page. It became clear that a modern, optimized website was needed to break into online with a new fresh look.
Challenge
An online shop’s success hinges on more than just aesthetics; beyond a visually appealing design, understanding buyer psychology and intuitive navigation are essential to create an environment conducive to high conversions.
The goal was to build a scalable, user-friendly website, optimize it’s SEO and launch Google as well as targeted campaigns in Social Media.
Solution
We chose OpenCart, an open-source e-commerce platform, due to its robust scalability and functionality, ideal for growing businesses like BeOm. This platform offered essential features such as personal user accounts, advanced search functionality, wishlists, and a multilingual interface to cater to international customers.
Our development process began with a comprehensive competitor analysis, focusing on top-performing brands in the designer clothing niche. We identified that the most successful competitors utilized minimalist website designs with highly effective product sorting and checkout functionalities. This insight guided our approach to create a sleek, fast-loading website optimized for conversions.
We kept best SEO practices in mind to ensure the site would perform well in search engines and be adaptable to future changes and expansions.
